Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on the Written examination/Computer test and Viva voce test. The subjects & distribution of marks for the said posts are as follow.
For Manager/Coordinator
Distribution of Marks: Written examination – 70 marks, Computer Test – 10 marks & Viva voce – 20 marks (Total 100 marks).
Written examination : Total 70 marks
Subject for Written examination: – Psychology and Counseling – 25 marks/ Social Work – Early Childhood Education – 25 marks/ Child Rights and Protection Issues along with related legislation including Act/Rules – 10 marks/ Report Writing in English – 10 marks.
Computer Knowledge Test (Practical) : 10 marks
Viva Voce Test (Interview/ Personality Test) : 20 marks
- Dissertation on Social Issues – 10 marks.
- Interview/ Personality Test – 10 marks.
For Social Worker/Early Childhood Educator
Distribution of Marks: Written examination – 80 marks, Computer Test – 10 marks & Viva voce – 10 marks (Total 100 marks).
Written examination : Total 80 marks
Subject for Written examination: – Psychology and Counseling – 30 marks/ Social Work – Early Childhood Education – 30 marks/ Report Writing in English – 10 marks/ English Grammer – 10 marks.
Computer Knowledge Test (Practical) : 10 marks
Viva Voce Test (Interview/ Personality Test) : 10 marks
For Nurse
Distribution of Marks: Written examination – 40 marks, Viva voce – 10 marks (Total 50 marks).
Written examination : Total 40 marks
Subject for Written examination:– Nursing Subject – 40 marks.
Viva Voce Test (Interview/ Personality Test) : 10 marks.
For the post of Ayah and Chowkidar selection shall be done on the basis of walk-in interview of shortlisted candidates of 20 marks.
