The following persons are eligible to apply for National Pension Scheme for Traders and Self Employed Persons Yojana.

  • Only self-employed, shop owners, retail owners, and other Vyaparis.
  • The age of the subscriber should be between 18 to 40 years.
  • The annual turnover of the business should not exceed Rs. 1.5 crore.
  • You should not be an income taxpayer.
  • You should not be enrolled earlier in any National Pension Scheme like EPFO/NPS/ESIC, Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana or Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana administered by the Ministry of Labour & Employment or Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, respectively

  1. You should visit the nearest CSC centre with required documents like Aadhaar Card, Saving/Jan Dhan Bank Account detail with IFSCCode. (Cheque Book, Passbook, Bank Statement).
  2. You should deposit the initial contribution amount.
  3. The officer/VLE will do the online registration by filling the application form, auto-debit mandate.
  4. The officer/VLE will provide you with the Unique Vyapari Pension Account Number (VPAN) and Vyapari Card.

  2. You should deposit the initial contribution by online mode.
  3. After submitting the application form print the application form.
  4. Submit it to the nearest CSC centre.
