Where can I find my Tier II result of SSC CGL Exam?

A candidate can find his Tier II results at the official website of SSC. Since, all the prior activities such as online application and admit card was obtained from the official website of SSC, it is obvious that the results for Tier I examination would also be made available on the official website of Staff Selection Commission.

How to Check Result for Tier I CGL Exam 2016-2017?

A candidate can easily view and download his result by following the given steps:

Step 1- Enter the official website

As discussed earlier, the result for Tier I CGL Exam 2016 can be viewed on the official website of SSC. A candidate can log on to www.ssc.nic.in and proceed with further actions.

Step 2- Click on the tab ‘Result’

Once the official website of SSC is right infront of you, you are required to search for the link whereby you would be able to view your result. A simple way to do it is to look at the top of the page where several tabs are present. The sixth from the left in the option is the Result tab. Click on the same.

Step 3- Select your exam and view result

The last step is to click on the exam tab which is present in the pop up window. Click on the tab which says ‘CGL’ and select the option to view your result.

You can either save the result on the computer or get a print out of the same. Qualifying in this exam means that you are now eligible for Tier II exam.

What is next?

After you have your result in hand, you will become aware whether you have qualified for Tier II or not. If you have qualified, then you will asked to download another call letter/ admit card for Tier II exam. The present result can be preserved and used as an evidence for any future reference.

Documents Required for SSC CGL Exam result?

A candidate doesn’t need any documents for downloading the result. The result is published in open so that any person can check the same. All that a candidate has to do is visit the official website and check the result section.

The Tier I result marks the end of a barrier that stood between a candidate and the post. However, two more barriers still wait ahead in the form of Tier II exam and Personal Interview. The challenged would be tough, but not impossible. So the best thing that a candidate can do is, chase his dreams and be fearless by preparing well.
