Downloading the admit card is very easy. Any person who has the basic knowledge of computers can download the admit card by following the given steps:
Step- 1 Visit UPSC’s website
The first requirement is to visit the official website of UPSC. It can be done by typing www.upsc.gov.in on the internet browser and clicking on the go button or pressing the enter key.
Step 2- Search for the admit card link
Once the website opens up, you can find a lot of links on the page. By focusing on the right hand side of the page, you can find the link from where admit card can be downloaded. Alternatively, you can also press the Ctrl key and F key at the same time to open the search box and type ‘e-admit’ to find all the links relating to admit card download. On finding the link to download e-admit card for CMS Exam, click on it.
Step 3- Navigate to admit card download page
As you click, you will find yourself on a new page. Click on the box which is present just below the text – Download E-Admit Card and move ahead. A new page will contain a list of information for the exam. Scroll down and click on ‘Yes’ to proceed.
Step 4- Choose and Enter details
On the final page, you will be required to select the option of Registration number and proceed. A new page will ask for your basic information which will include your registration number, date of birth and the displayed text. Fill up the same correctly and click on the submit button to begin the admit card download process.
Within a matter of seconds, your admit card will be downloaded. On having downloaded it, go through it carefully and ensure that there are no mistakes in it. If there persists one, inform the UPSC Department immediately.
