Other Important Information
- Nature of Engagement: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis for a period of 2 years, extendable by a further 2 years only, subject to satisfactory performance and work load requirement. Maximum tenure shall not exceed 4 years.
- No Right to Regularization: This engagement shall not confer any right for regular/permanent employment. It is not against any permanent vacancy.
- Termination: The contract may be terminated by either party by giving one (1) month’s notice or payment of Basic Pay + DA in lieu thereof.
- Posting: Initially at the Registered Office at Namrup; however, services are liable to be posted/transferred to any unit, site, office, or location of BVFCL.
- Qualifications: Essential qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian Universities/Deemed Universities or AICTE-approved Autonomous Institutions. Only full-time and regular qualifications are accepted; distance learning mode qualifications shall not be considered.
- Reservation: Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwBD candidates shall be as per Government of India directives. Age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates will be provided as per GoI guidelines.
- PwBD Candidates: Against vacancies in HR and Finance disciplines, PwBD candidates in the category of Orthopedically Handicapped (OH), Partially Blind (PB), and Partially Deaf (PD) may also apply.
