- Nature of Engagement: Purely contractual and part-time basis for academic session 2026-27. Does not confer any right to regular appointment or regularization/absorption.
- Duration: Not more than 200 working days or till joining of regularly selected candidates from RRB/availability of regular Railway employees, or till completion of academic session 2026-27, whichever is earlier.
- No Additional Allowances: No leave, medical, passes, PTOs, transportation, Railway Accommodation, TA/DA, or vacation pay admissible.
- Payment: Monthly basis; no payment during school vacations; pro-rata payment for broken months. Formula: Consolidated Pay × Number of days worked / 30 days.
