DRDO DRDL ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Candidates who have passed ITI certified by NCVT are eligible to apply.
2. Reservations to SC, ST, OBC and PwD categories are applicable as per Apprentice Act, 1961.
3. Candidates should not have already undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in DRDL or elsewhere.
4. Candidates who have been terminated from Apprenticeship training at DRDL are not eligible to apply.
5. Candidates terminated for two times from other establishments are not eligible to apply.
6. Candidates must apply online at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in on or before 29-Jan-2026, 1700 Hrs.
7. Interested candidates satisfying the above eligibility norms are advised to submit their duly signed applications in the prescribed format attached as per Appendix-A along with true copies of uploaded documents (viz. SSC, ITI, Caste, PwD, Aadhar Card) and proof of online applying, in closed envelop super scribed with “APPLICATION FOR ITI APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING AT DRDL for the period 01-Apr-2026 to 31-Mar-2027” on or before 29-Jan-2026, 1700 Hrs. and drop the same in the box provided at DRDL Security Reception.
8. Candidates can also send application through Post addressed to The Director, DRDL, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad-500058 and Attn: Chairman Selection & Screening Committee, ITI Apprenticeship Training.
9. Completed application form with contact phone number and enclosed with copies of necessary documents will only be considered

10. Incomplete online applications (i.e. no Aadhar linking; Mismatch of Date of Birth, Name & Father’s name mismatch in Aadhar with SSC Certificate & Online Application etc.) and illegible uploaded documents will be rejected without any correspondence.
11. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification on their registered email ID provided in the Apprenticeship Portal. Please note that no separate correspondence or communication will be sent.
12. Shortlisted candidates must bring all original relevant certificates at the time of verification.
13. Candidates who are currently employed must submit a relieving letter from their employer on their training joining date.
14. No TA/DA shall be admissible for verification/ interview or at the time of joining.
15. Stipend will be provided as per Govt. of India notifications.
16. Apprentice will be engaged for one year from the date of commencement of training (ie from 01-Apr2026 to 31-Mar-2027)
