Application Procedure
All candidates are required to download the application form attached which is in editable PDF format, type the data and forward a printed copy duly affixed with passport size photographs by 10 Feb 2026 to Station Headquarters (ECHS), Pangode, Thirumala – PO, Thiruvananthapuram-695 006.

Important Instructions:
- Applications received after 10 Feb 2026 will not be considered.
- Candidates may apply for only one post (maximum two Polyclinic choices).
- Contract can be terminated by either side with one month notice.
- Officers & Doctors must undergo 10 days unpaid OJT before joining.
- Final selection at the discretion of ECHS Appointing Authority.
