- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience, having good knowledge of English, Computer applications and office administration.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 15.05.2026 (born not earlier than 15th May 1996)
- Pay Scale: Level 7 in 7th CPC with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 44,900/- plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other admissible allowances.

- No. of Vacancies: 5 (UR-3, EWS-1, OBC-NCL-1)
- Qualification: Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on 15.05.2026 (born not earlier than 15th May 2001 and not later than 15th May 2008)
- Pay Scale: Level 1 in 7th CPC with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 18,000/- plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other admissible allowances.
Selection Procedure

- Reservation for OBC-NCL/EWS will be as per Government of India Rules.
- OBC-NCL candidates must submit a valid caste certificate issued after 01.04.2025 (for Financial Year 2026-2027).
- EWS candidates must submit a valid Income and Assets certificate in the prescribed DoPT format for FY 2026-27 based on income for FY 2025-26.
- Age relaxation for departmental candidates: up to 40 years for Group C posts and by 5 years for Group B posts (applicable to employees of IACS Kolkata and other Institutes under DST, Government of India).
- No age relaxation will be allowed to reserved category applicants against unreserved posts.
- The date of birth mentioned in the Matriculation certificate shall only be considered for age calculation.
- Employees will be governed by the National Pension System w.e.f. 01.01.2004.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate fees.
- Applications received after the closing date, via email, not in prescribed format, incomplete, or without signature/photograph will be summarily rejected.
