- Separate question papers for: Management based posts (Part C) / Finance related posts (Part D) / Computer & IT related posts (Part E) / Legal related posts (Part F) / Civil works posts (Part G)
- Computer Based Technical Proficiency Test (1 Hour): 20 marks
- Separate tests for each category: Management / Finance / Computer & IT / Law / Civil Works
- Maximum 2 questions per category; 10 marks each
- Personal Interview: 20 marks
- Academic Qualification: 50 marks
- Work Experience: 10 marks
- JEPC/SSA/Samagra Shiksha/RMSA/KGBV/Sakshar Bharat/Mahila Samakhaya employees: 1 mark per year
- Other candidates: 0.5 marks per year for equivalent post experience

Shortlisting for interview shall be done as per category-wise minimum qualifying marks as per Sankalp No. 3928 dated 11.08.2020. The decision of the Selection Committee, JEPC shall be final. A panel of suitable candidates will be prepared, valid for one year from the date of selection.

- Organization: JEPC is an ISO 9001:2015 certified body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, functioning as the State Implementing Agency for Samagra Shiksha and other Central/State funded programmes under the School Education and Literacy Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- Nature of Appointment: Short Term Contract basis, initially for one year, extendable annually based on satisfactory performance up to the period of programme implementation.
- Annual Increment: 3% per year subject to satisfactory performance.
- Allowances: Pay includes Project Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, and Conveyance Allowance as per post and eligibility.
- Retiral Benefits: Gratuity, Unutilized Earned Leave Encashment, EPF and Pension as per EPFO rules of Govt. of India and JEPC/Samagra Shiksha Financial Manual.
- Reservation: Reservation rules of Govt. of Jharkhand are applicable. Reserved category benefits are only for Jharkhand domicile holders. Candidates from other states will be treated as General candidates.
