आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को उत्तर प्रदेश का निवास प्रमाण-पत्र एवं आरक्षण संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन-पत्र के साथ प्रस्तुत करने पर ही आरक्षण का लाभ देय होगा।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के पश्चात् उसका प्रिंट डाउनलोड कर समस्त संलग्नकों सहित दिनांक 25-04-2026 तक विश्वविद्यालय को केवल पंजीकृत डाक/स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से प्राप्त कराना आवश्यक है। अन्य किसी माध्यम से आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। इसके अभाव में आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।
प्रत्येक पद एवं संवर्ग के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना अनिवार्य होगा। इन पदों पर नियुक्ति हेतु दिनांक 01-03-2026 को अधिकतम आयु 62 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के नियमानुसार उ0प्र0 के निवासी होने पर आरक्षित संवर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को आरक्षण का लाभ देय होगा। आरक्षित संवर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आवेदन-पत्र के साथ जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (6 माह के भीतर जारी किया हुआ) संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के जाति प्रमाण-पत्र में क्रीमी लेयर (Creamy Layer) के होने/न होने का स्पष्ट उल्लेख होना चाहिए। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए आरक्षित पदों के अभ्यर्थियों को पिता के नाम सहित आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर होने का प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। इसके अभाव में संगत लाभ देय नहीं होगा।
स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रित एवं दिव्यांगजन अभ्यर्थियों के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनुमन्य आरक्षण देय है। दिव्यांगजन के लिए आरक्षित पद हेतु मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी द्वारा निर्गत प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है।
जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने विज्ञापन संख्या-1/2023 के अन्तर्गत आवेदन किया था उन्हें उसी पद पर वर्तमान विज्ञापन संख्या-2/2026 के अन्तर्गत ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने पर उनके द्वारा पूर्व में जमा किया गया शुल्क वापस करने की व्यवस्था विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा की गयी है। इस हेतु संबंधित अभ्यर्थी को विज्ञापन संख्या-1/2023 के अन्तर्गत जमा किये गये बैंक ड्राफ्ट की छायाप्रति तथा रजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर एवं आवेदन-पत्र के प्रथम पृष्ठ का सम्पूर्ण विवरण संलग्न कर ई-मेल [email protected] पर प्रेषित करना आवश्यक होगा।
स्थायी पदों पर नियुक्ति एक वर्ष के परिवीक्षण काल पर की जायेगी जिसे एक वर्ष से अनधिक काल के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
दिनांक 30 जून, 2027 को रिक्त हो रहे पदों पर नियुक्ति 01 जुलाई, 2027 से प्रभावी होगी।
उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के नियमानुसार वेतन, भत्ते, न्यू पेंशन एवं अन्य सुविधायें देय होंगे।
विज्ञापित पदों में से एक या अधिक पदों पर नियुक्ति न करने अथवा विज्ञापित पद को निरस्त करने का अधिकार विश्वविद्यालय के पास सुरक्षित होगा। चयन समिति के समय तक विज्ञापित विषयों में रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध होने की स्थिति में पदों की संख्या बढ़ाई जा सकती है। अर्थात् पदों की संख्या घट-बढ़ सकती है।
आवेदन-पत्रों की जाँच/स्क्रीनिंग के उपरान्त उच्च शैक्षिक योग्यता वाले अभ्यर्थियों को ही साक्षात्कार हेतु आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है।
साक्षात्कार हेतु औपबंधिक (Provisional) बुलावा-पत्र प्रेषित किया जायेगा जो निर्धारित मानक/शर्ते पूर्ण होने पर मान्य होगा। त्रुटिवश या मानक पूर्ण न होने पर निर्गत साक्षात्कार बुलावा पत्र अमान्य होगा।
साक्षात्कार में सम्मिलित होने के लिए किसी प्रकार का यात्रा-भत्ता देय नहीं होगा।
आवेदकों की संख्या के अनुसार साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाये जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या विषयवार/पदवार भिन्न-भिन्न हो सकती है जिनमें से कुछ अथवा समस्त को साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाया जा सकता है।
आवेदन-पत्र में उल्लिखित योग्यता/अर्हता/अनुभव आदि के प्रमाण स्वरूप अपेक्षित प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है।
डाउनलोड किये गये आवेदन-पत्र का प्रिंट समस्त प्रपत्रों के साथ केवल पंजीकृत डाक/स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय में प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि 25-04-2026 है। उक्त तिथि के पश्चात प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे, फलतः निरस्त कर दिये जायेंगे, जिसकी सूचना अलग से नहीं दी जायेगी।
