Photo and Signature Upload Guidelines:
- Color photograph, signature, and self-handwritten text must be scanned and uploaded.
- Photo should be in the upper part and signature in the lower part.
- Photograph must be of good quality with a white background.
- Polaroid photographs are not acceptable.
- Candidate’s photograph should be front-facing, with both ears clearly visible.
- Photograph should not be older than three months from the application date, and the date of photo capture along with the candidate’s name must be clearly mentioned on it.
- If spectacles are used for reading, the photograph should be taken with spectacles. Photographs with black spectacles are not acceptable.
- Keep at least 5 copies of the photograph uploaded with the online application form.
- Signature must be clear, full, not in capital letters, and only one signature is allowed.
- Missing or unclear photo/signature/handwriting will lead to the rejection of the application form.
