  • Computer Based Test (CBT): All eligible candidates will appear for a CBT of 100 marks, 90 minutes duration (one sitting).
  • For HEMM Operator (Trainee): Common CBT paper for all HEMM posts with 100 MCQs (1 mark each). No negative marking. Bilingual (English & Hindi).
  • For Paramedical Staff & Overseer (Civil): Separate CBT for each post comprising two sections: Section A – Technical Knowledge (70 MCQs, 70 marks) and Section B – General Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning, Verbal & Mental Ability, Quantitative Aptitude (30 MCQs, 30 marks). No negative marking. Bilingual (English & Hindi).
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks (Cut-Off): UR/EWS – 50 marks out of 100; SC/ST/ESM/OBC-NCL/PwBD – 40 marks out of 100.
  • Tie-Breaking (HEMM Posts): (i) Higher percentage in Matriculation; (ii) Older date of birth; (iii) Alphabetical order of name as in Matriculation certificate.
