Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
Post Codes 12601, 12603, 12604 (Scientific Officer, Scientific Assistant):
- Selection based on Personal Interview only.
- If response is more, NFC may conduct a Screening Test (75 MCQs, 90 minutes, +3 for correct, -1 for incorrect) to shortlist candidates for interview.
Post Codes 12602, 12605, 12606 (Nurse, Pharmacist, Technician):
- Stage 1 – Preliminary Test (1 hour): OMR-based, 50 MCQs (Mathematics: 20, Science: 20, General Awareness: 10). +3 for correct, -1 for incorrect. Cut-off: 40% for General, 30% for Reserved categories.
- Stage 2 – Advanced Test (2 hours): 50 MCQs, +3 for correct, -1 for incorrect. Cut-off: 30% for General, 20% for Reserved categories. Merit list prepared based on Stage 2 scores.
- Stage 3 – Skill Test: Conducted on Go/No-Go basis. Candidates shortlisted based on Stage 2 merit (up to 5 times the number of vacancies). Final empanelment based on Stage 2 marks.
