  • Contract Duration: Initially ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years based on factory requirement and individual performance.
  • Job Specification: Manufacturing & handling of explosives and hazardous chemicals.
  • PwBD Identification: Post is identified only for One Arm Affected (OA) category. Other PwBD categories are not identified.
  • Leave Entitlement: 30 days leave per year (2.5 days credited per calendar month); up to 30 days accumulation; encashable after one year. One day Casual Leave per month.
  • Leave Restriction: Cannot take more than 3 days leave in a month or continuously except on medical grounds.
  • EPF & Compensation: Eligible for EPF and Employees Compensation Act as per government guidelines.
  • Bonus: Eligible for Bonus (if applicable) as per Bonus Act 1965.
  • Maternity Benefit: Female personnel entitled to Maternity Benefits as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
  • Company Quarters: Eligible for Company Quarters/Accommodation wherever available; license fee deducted at rates applicable to regular workmen.
  • Performance Evaluation: Half-yearly basis. Poor performance: one month notice to improve; if still poor, services terminated with 15 days’ notice.
  • Not Entitled For: Promotions, OT Allowance, Loans/Advances/Interest Subsidies, Medical Facilities, Contingency Advance, School Fee Reimbursement, LTC/LTA, Study Leave, Sponsorship for Higher Studies, or any other regular employee benefits not mentioned.
  • No Permanent Employment: Tenure-based engagement does not confer any right to claim regular/permanent employee status.
  • Termination: Engagement ends automatically on completion of four years. Can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or payment of Basic Pay+DA in lieu.
  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to courts/tribunals situated in Bhandara only.
