Candidates must secure at least 45% in each theory paper (40% for reserved categories including women and OH candidates) to qualify for Viva-Voce. Candidates approximately 3 times the number of vacancies will be called for Viva-Voce.
- Viva-Voce (Interview): Carries 20% weightage of total marks. Minimum qualifying marks: 30% in Viva-Voce.
- Final Merit: Theory papers carry 80% and Viva-Voce carries 20% weightage. A candidate qualifies for appointment if they secure at least 45% in each theory paper, 30% in Viva-Voce, and 50% in aggregate (written + viva-voce). Reserved category candidates need 45% aggregate.
