Documents to be submitted at the time of joining/document verification/Language Test:

1. Printout of the valid system generated printout of the online application/ registration/ enrolment form along with intimation letter/mail for Language Proficiency Test sent by the Bank.
2. Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authority or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB).
3. Valid Photo Identify Proof (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving License/ Voter’s Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead / Identity Card issued by a recognised college or university/ Aadhaar/ E – Aadhaar card with a photograph.
4. All Mark – sheets (semester or year wise) & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.
5. 10th standard or above mark sheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified/opted local language (if applicable).
6. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC / EWS category candidates.
7. Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the Authorities as notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format in the case of EWS category candidates.
8. Permanent Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with Benchmark Disability category. If the candidate has used the services of a Scribe at the time of online examination, then the duly filled in details of the scribe in the prescribed format.
9. Persons eligible for age relaxation under 1.3 (iv) must produce the Death certificate of husband/documents in support of Divorce or judicial separation and an affidavit/ declaration that they are not remarried.
10. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility.

General Information for Candidates:

• Candidates should keep their registered e-mail ID & mobile number active for receiving advices, notifications viz. call letters/ advices etc.
• Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be considered, and the application fee paid for other registration will stand forfeited. Furthermore, multiple appearances by the same candidate in the online examination will be summarily rejected and cancellation of all the associated applications.
• The candidates will have to appear for the selection process at their own cost. The Bank will not reimburse or bear any expenses including travelling that may be incurred by the candidate during the process.
• Any dispute arising out of and/or pertaining to the process of recruitment under this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at NCT of Delhi.
• The Bank shall have NO OBLIGATION to offer regular employment to Apprentices during and /or after the completion of the apprenticeship period.
