Age Relaxation:

• Age relaxations are non-cumulative; only one provision’s benefit will be given.

How to Apply:

1. Visit RIICO’s website https://www.riico.rajasthan.gov.in and click on “Recruitment 2025” link.
2. Click on “Apply Online” option.
3. For new registration, select “Click here for New Registration” and enter name, contact details, and email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.
4. Save data using “SAVE & NEXT” tab if unable to complete in one go. Verify details before final submission.
5. Ensure name (candidate/father/husband) matches certificates/mark sheets/identity proofs exactly.
6. Scan and upload Photograph and Signature as per guidelines (refer to point 15 & 16).
7. Fill other details of the application form.
8. Preview the entire application form using the “Preview” tab.
9. Click on ‘Complete Registration’ only after verifying all details, photograph, and signature.
10. Click on the ‘Payment’ tab and proceed for payment.
11. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
12. After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated. Take a printout of the e-receipt and the online application form.

Photograph Upload Guidelines:

• Latest colour photograph (max one month old), not mobile/self-composed.
• Background: white or light coloured.
• Face should occupy at least 50% of space, clearly visible (head, eyes, nose, chin).
• No cloth, shadow, or hair covering face/forehead.
• Spectacles allowed if no glare. No black/sunglasses.
• Image size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm.
• Dimensions: 200 x 230 Pixels.
• File size: 20 KB – 50 KB.
• Live photograph capture using webcam/mobile is also required.

Signature Upload Guidelines:

• Sign on white A4 paper in a 7 cm (width) x 2 cm (height) box with black or blue pen.
• Signature must be by the applicant only.
• Dimensions: 140 x 60 Pixels.
• File size: 10 KB – 20 KB.
• No mobile phone photos of signature.

Left Thumb Impression Guidelines:

• Put left thumb impression on white paper in black or blue ink.
• File type: JPG / JPEG.
• Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels or 200 x 100 pixels (3 cm x 3 cm).
• File size: 20-50 KB.

Handwritten Declaration Guidelines:

• Write the following declaration in English clearly in black ink on a white paper: “I, ……………………. (Name of Candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
• File type: JPG / JPEG.
• Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels or 200 x JPG (10 cm x 5 cm).
• File size: 50-100 KB.

• Signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration must be of the applicant.
• Signature / handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.
• Ensure uploaded images are clear and correctly placed (photo in photo slot, signature in signature slot).

Documents Required for Verification:

• Caste certificate issued by competent authority.
• Backward Class/More Backward Class certificate (non-creamy layer) issued recently (not more than 6 months prior to last date of application) based on father’s name, residence, and income.
• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificate issued prior to the last date of online application.
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Income and Assets certificate issued by competent authority (not more than 6 months prior to last date of application).
• Educational/Professional qualification certificates (as on last date of application).
• Age certificate (Secondary education certificate for age proof).
• Disability certificate (40% or more disability, clearly mentioning category, issued by authorized medical officer).
• For Widow applicants: Husband’s death certificate and documents linking with husband’s name (ration card, child’s birth certificate, Voter ID, Aadhar, Bonafide resident certificate in husband’s name). Affidavit of not remarried.
• For Divorcee applicants: Court decree related to divorce (upto the date of issuance of main result). Affidavit of not remarried.
• Marriage registration certificate or affidavit (if marriage not registered) mentioning husband/wife name.
• Character certificate from last educational institution (Principal/Education Officer) and two certificates from responsible persons (not related to candidate), issued not more than 6 months prior to last date of application.
• Police verification certificate (after selection).
• Medical certificate (after selection).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if already employed in Govt. service/PSU).

Other Important Instructions for Candidates:

• Candidates must provide a valid mobile number and email ID for receiving examination-related information via SMS/email. RIICO is not responsible for non-receipt of information due to network issues or change/closure of contact details.
• Candidates are solely responsible for any errors or wrong entries made in the online application form, even if filled through e-mitra or other sources. Always check the preview and printout.
• Do not bring mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, calculators, smart watches, or any other electronic/communication devices and purses into the examination hall. Only necessary items like pen, pencil, and call letter are allowed.
• No male/female candidate having more than one alive wife/husband will be considered eligible for appointment, unless specific relaxation is granted by RIICO.
• No female candidate married to a person who already has an alive wife will be considered eligible, unless specific relaxation is granted by RIICO.
• No married male/female candidate who accepted dowry at the time of marriage will be considered eligible.
• Marriage registration is compulsory for appointment in state services from 22.01.2006.
• Candidates who smoke and/or consume gutkha will not be eligible for appointment.
• Candidates having more than two children on or after 01.04.2007 are generally not eligible, with specific exceptions for single subsequent delivery or disabled children.
