Security Screener (Fresher)

Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Online Application: Candidates must submit their application form online by 08.06.2026.
- Shortlisting: Candidates with higher percentage of marks at Graduation level will be called first for online interaction in a phased manner, subject to availability of vacancies at the particular station/location.

- Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates will have to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate including: Eye/Color blindness examination, unimpaired vision and hearing ability, ability to recognize objects highlighted by X-ray equipment, good oral and written communication skills, and good physical strength.
- Document Verification: Candidates must bring all original certificates/mark sheets/experience certificates/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)/Category Certificate (if applicable) at the time of joining.
- Training: Selected candidates will undergo mandatory training including AVSEC Induction Course, On-the-Job Training, AVSEC Basic Course, Screener’s Pre-certification Course, and Testing & Certification by BCAS. Maximum two attempts are allowed to qualify the examinations.
- Surety Bond: After selection, candidates must provide a surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (duly notarized).

Other Important Information
- Contract Duration: Fixed Term Engagement Contract for a period of 3 years (extendable at sole discretion of AAICLAS management based on performance and company need). The 3-year contract starts after passing all certification examinations, not from the date of joining on stipend.
- Probation Period: One year will be treated as probation period.
- Stipend During Training: Rs. 15,000/month. If candidate fails in first attempt, stipend is reduced to Rs. 10,000/month. If candidate fails in second attempt, the contract is terminated.
- Training Costs: AAICLAS bears all training costs for the first attempt only. For the second attempt, all costs (TA/DA, accommodation, etc.) are borne by the candidate.
- PF Contribution: Equivalent to ceiling wage of Rs. 15,000/- i.e., Rs. 1,800/- per month as per prevailing EPF Act.
- Medical Insurance: Maximum Rs. 10,000/- per annum reimbursed for self and dependent family members on production of certified tax invoice/receipt.
- Gratuity: As per Gratuity Act, wherever applicable.
- Leaves: Privilege Leave – 18 per year + 12 Half Pay Leave (sick leave) + 9 Casual Leave + 2 Restricted Holidays. During stipend period, only one casual leave per month on pro-rata basis.
- TA/DA: If deputed on tour, TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding shall be equivalent to three-tier AC rail fare.
- Notice Period: Minimum 3 months. Candidates resigning with immediate effect will not receive experience letter/verification and must deposit 3 months’ salary.
- Transferability: The job is transferable to any station in India due to operational requirements.
- Single Application: Only a single application will be accepted from individual candidates; candidates can apply for a single location only.
- NOC Required: Candidates already working with any Government Department/PSU/Autonomous Body must produce a NOC from their present employer.
- Candidates Not Eligible: Candidates who were selected under previous AAICLAS advertisements in the last 3 years and were terminated due to unsuccessful completion or failure in trainings/examinations need not apply.
