Selection Procedure
The detailed selection procedure has been mentioned in the official notification of ALIMCO Recruitment 2026. But we are giving you here the short summary of the selection procedure. The candidates are advised to refer to official notification for selection procedure.
Selection Procedure:
- For Sl. No. 01-03, 05-09, 12-17, 20-24, 29-32 (Various Managerial & Officer Posts):
- Applications will be scrutinized.
- Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- If the number of eligible candidates exceeds a 1:20 ratio, an online test may be conducted prior to the interview.
- If an online test is conducted, the average weightage will be 50% for the online test and 50% for the interview.
- For Sl. No. 25-28 (SAP Specialist Posts): Selection will be based on a personal interview.
- For E-0 level posts at Sl. No. 10 (Accounts Officer), Sl. No. 18 (P&O Officer), Sl. No. 19 (Officer – Audiologist), and Sl. No. 11 (Accountant): Selection will be based on an online test.
- For Sl. No. 04 (Officer – Production) & 33 (Officer – O&M): Selection will be based on marks obtained in the GATE-2025 scorecard.

Age Relaxation:
