Selection Procedure

- Selection is based on a total of 100 points (No Interview).
- 75 points – Percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination (CGPA/Grade Points converted as per Govt. Circular Memo No.01/HM&FW/2022).
- 10 points – Service weightage: Maximum 10 points @ 1 point per completed year of service after qualifying examination.
- 15 points – Contract Service Weightage:
- 5.0 marks per six months for COVID-19 duties (0.83 marks per completed month)
- 2.5 marks per six months for service in Tribal Area
- 2.0 marks per six months for service in Rural Area
- 1.0 marks per six months for service in Urban Area
- No weightage for service less than six months; separate spells cannot be clubbed
- Only AP State Government contract service is eligible
- In case of tie in marks, the candidate with higher age will be assigned a better rank.
- Merit list will be displayed on the APMSRB website.
