- Applicant should have retired on superannuation from Admin. & Accounts Cadre in Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ from DAE & its Constituent Units and should be below the age of 65 (sixty-five) years. Those who are retiring on superannuation upto 30.06.2026 are also eligible to apply. However, offer for re-engagement as Consultant will be issued only after superannuation of the applicant.
- Applicant should possess experience and knowledge of Government Rules & Regulations along with proficiency in Computer.
- Applicant should have retired on superannuation from Driver Cadre from DAE & its Constituent Units and should be below the age of 65 (sixty-five) years. Those who are retiring on superannuation upto 30.06.2026 are also eligible to apply. However, offer for re-engagement as Consultant will be issued only after superannuation of the applicant.
- Applicant should possess a valid driving licence for both Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) issued by the Competent Authority and the licence should be valid throughout the currency of re-engagement period. A self-attested copy of Licence valid for driving both LMV and HMYV should be enclosed with the application, failing which the applicant will not be considered for re-engagement.
- Applicants against whom departmental proceedings or criminal cases are contemplated/ pending or who have been penalized for misconduct during the period of preceding 10 years will not be eligible for consideration. Further, applicants against whom any FIR is lodged or any case is registered in any court of law will also not be eligible for re-engagement.
- Applicant should be medically fit to perform duties as Consultant (Admin./Accounts or Driver) and is required to submit Medical Fitness Certificate to this effect, of the appropriate category at the time of the re-engagement.
- Further, Periodic medical check-ups during the tenure of re-engagement will be carried out at the discretion of the Department and in case. it is found that the re-engaged Consultant (Admin./Accounts/Driver) is unfit to perform the duties. his/her re-engagement shall be terminated with immediate effect.
- The term of appointment shall ordinarily be for an initial period not exceeding one year which is extendable by another one year (subject to availability of vacancy) with the prior approval of DAE. Further extension may be granted based on a review of the task and the performance of the re-engaged appointee, provided it shall not be extended beyond 5 years after superannuation.
- The re-engagement shall be purely on contract basis. Re-engagement can be terminated at any time by BARC without assigning any reasons thereof.
