नोट:- (a) आयोग द्वारा दस्तावेज सत्यापन/साक्षात्कार के समय माँगे जाने पर अभ्यर्थियों को सक्षम प्राधिकार द्वारा निर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रमाण-पत्रों की मूल प्रतियाँ सत्यापन हेतु प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा-
(i) मैट्रिक का प्रमाण–पत्र/अंक पत्र (जन्म तिथि के साक्ष्य के लिए)
(ii) विधि स्नातक डिग्री का प्रमाण-पत्र (विज्ञापन की कंडिका 3 में वर्णित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अनुरूप) ।
(iii) विधि स्नातक का अंक पत्र (विज्ञापन की कडिका-३ में वर्णित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अनुरूप) ।
(iv) पिछड़ा वर्ग /अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के लिए क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र (महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए पिता के नाम एवं पता से निर्गत क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र)।
(v) अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए जाति प्रमाण पत्र (महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए पिता के नाम एवं पता से निर्गत जाति प्रमाण पत्र)।
(vi) अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र (महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए पिता के नाम एवं पता से निर्गत निवास प्रमाण पत्र)।
(vii) बिहार राज्य के स्थायी निवासी अनारक्षित वर्ग की महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए पिता के नाम एवं पता से निर्गत स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र।
(viii) आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) का दावा करने वाले आवेदक, बिहार सरकार के अधिसूचना संख्या-2622, दिनांक 26.02.2019 के आलोक में विहित प्रपत्र में सक्षम प्राधिकार द्वारा निर्गत तत्संबंधी प्रमाण-पत्र।
(ix) स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के पोता/पोती/नाती / नतीनी का दावा करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए जिला पदाधिकारी या उनके द्वारा प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर से निर्गत प्रमाण-पत्र।
(x) दिव्यांगता का दावा करने की स्थिति में विहित प्रपत्र में सक्षम प्राधिकार द्वारा निर्गत वैध प्रमाण पत्र।
(xi) बिहार सरकार के सरकारी सेवक को आयु सीमा में छूट का दावा करने की स्थिति में सक्षम प्राधिकार द्वारा निर्गत प्रमाण पत्र।
(xii) भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को उम्र सीमा में छूट का दावा करने की स्थिति में तत्संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र।
(xiii) केन्द्र सरकार, बिहार सरकार या किसी अन्य राज्य सरकार के अधीन किसी भी पद पर नियुक्त रहने की स्थिति में सक्षम प्राधिकार द्वारा निर्गत अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (No Objection Certificate).
(xiv) पहचान पत्र (फोटोयुक्त), जैसा कि आवेदन में दावा किया हो।
(xv) हाल का खिचा हुआ 4 पासपोर्ट आकार का (चार) फोटो।
