- ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) – 2025 Examination Score: Candidates must have appeared in the ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) – 2025 examination in the relevant subject/specialization. Shortlisting will be done based on scores obtained in this examination (all parts). ICAR score of any other subject, year, or any other examination will not be considered.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted in order of ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) – 2025 scores. In case of a large number of applications, CSB may restrict the number of candidates called for Interview/Personality Test to a reasonable number.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must successfully complete document verification before appearing for Interview/Personality Test. Date, time, and venue will be communicated via registered email and SMS.
- Interview/Personality Test: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Personality Test. The ratio of candidates to be called will be decided by Central Silk Board.
- Final Merit List: Candidates shall be selected in order of merit based on parameters set by the Selection Committee during Interview/Personality Test. In case of a tie in aggregate marks, seniority will be resolved based on age (elder candidate gets higher seniority).
