Other Important Information
- Duration of Training: One (01) year under the Apprenticeship Act, 2025.
- Stipend: 50% paid by the Establishment and 50% by the Government. Government share for Graduate candidates is Rs. 4,500/- and for Diploma candidates is Rs. 4,000/- (paid at old rate as per BOPT Letter).
- Nature of Engagement: Purely temporary for one year only; not for regular employment. CSIR-IMMT has no obligation to offer employment upon completion of apprenticeship.
- Work Experience: Candidates should not have work experience of one year or more and should not have undergone Apprenticeship training elsewhere.
- Five-Year Limit: Candidates must have completed their diploma/graduation within the last five years and must not have completed five years after passing the qualifying examination.
- Portal Registration: Diploma/Graduate candidates must register on NATS 2.0 Portal; ITI candidates must register on NAPS Portal before attending the interview.
- Documents Required at Reporting: Original educational qualification certificates, Birth/SSLC certificate, caste/community certificate, experience certificate, College Leaving Certificate (CLC), and other relevant documents.
