- Stage 2 – Mains Examination (Written): Written examination for selection of candidates to be called for Viva-Voce.

- The number of vacancies is subject to change including but not limited to the implementation of judgment dated 11.03.2026 passed in RP(C) No.621/2021 in CA No.1698/2020 titled Dheeraj Mor v. High Court of Delhi.
- PwD Reservation: Out of 27 vacancies, 03 are reserved for PwD candidates with Benchmark Disability (40% or more): 01 for Blindness and Low Vision, 01 for one arm/one leg/both legs/leprosy cured/dwarfism/acid attack victim, 01 for Specific Learning Disability and Multiple Disabilities.
- 02 out of 03 PwD reserved vacancies are backlog reserved vacancies (carry forward).
- 03 out of 05 SC category vacancies and 04 out of 05 ST category vacancies are backlog vacancies.
- Admission at all stages of examination is purely provisional, subject to satisfying prescribed eligibility conditions.
- Candidates are advised to go through the Instructions and Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 (as amended up to date) before filling up the application form.
- Candidates should NOT send the printout of the online application form to the High Court of Delhi.
