- Academic Marks (75%): 75% will be allocated for aggregate marks obtained in all years in the qualifying examination or equivalent qualification.

- Service Weightage (up to 15%): Given to candidates working on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis including COVID-19 service, subject to satisfactory service certified by competent authority:

- Reservations: Applicable as per Rule 22 of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules including BC, SC, ST, and EWS reservations as per G.O.M.S.No.77 GA (GAD) Dept. dated 02.08.2023.
- District Jurisdiction: Candidates studied from Erstwhile East Godavari District will only be considered as local candidates based on 4th to 10th study certificates as per the Presidential Order. Remaining candidates will be considered as Non-local Candidates.
- Tenure of Appointment: Initially one year from the date of joining; may be extended as per Government instructions. The District Selection Committee reserves the right to terminate contract/outsourcing services with one month notice.
- Headquarters: If selected, the candidate must stay at the bonafide Head Quarters compulsorily.
- Validity of Merit List: The Final Merit Lists are valid for one year from the date of issue of this notification.
