- Basis of Engagement: Deputation or Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE).
- Tenure: Normal tenure of Deputation is 5 years, extendable to 7 years in special cases or till superannuation, whichever is earlier. PRCE engagement is initially for 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
- Pay for Deputation: Selected candidates shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance as applicable.
- Vacancies are provisional and subject to increase/decrease.
- MACP benefits will not be considered for determining pay scale eligibility.
