Selection Procedure

- For Technical Officer on Contract, Assistant Project Engineer on Contract & Junior Artisan on Contract: 10 marks for initial 1 year experience + 10 marks for each extra year, max up to 30 marks.
- For Senior Artisan on Contract: 15 marks for initial 2 years experience + 5 marks for each extra year, max up to 30 marks.
- C. Personal Interview (50 marks).
- Final recommendations shall be made as per merit (A+B+C).
- Note: Experience from Academic Institutions/Colleges/Internship/Project work shall not be considered for post-qualification experience calculation.
