Selection Procedure

- Online Examination: Single phase online examination conducted through IBPS, Mumbai consisting of 150 questions for 150 marks with a duration of 2.5 hours. Sections: Reasoning (30), Numerical Ability (30), English (30), General Awareness including HP GK (30), HP Cooperative Societies Act and Rules (30). Question paper will be objective type multiple choice in both English and Hindi. No negative marking.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% of total marks (i.e., 60 out of 150) in the online examination.
- Document Verification/Scrutiny: Candidates up to 1.75 times of vacant posts will be called for verification/scrutiny of documents based on merit in online examination. Candidates must personally attend the document verification process.

- Probation period: 2 years (extendable, but not exceeding 3 years total).
