Important Qualification Criteria:
- The candidate should have already passed the prescribed qualification as on 31-01-2026.
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC and PwBD category candidates for reserved seats) in aggregate for Class XII/Graduate/Diploma holders.
- Qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University/Institute as a regular full-time course.
- Candidates holding a qualification acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance education mode are not eligible.
- Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA or any such equivalent qualification or pursuing higher qualification and having completed the same on or before joining apprenticeship training, shall not be eligible.
- Candidates who have completed five years after acquiring the prescribed qualification as on 31-01-2026 shall also not be eligible.
- Candidates applying for more than one Trade/Discipline will not be considered and their applications will be summarily rejected.
- For apprentice positions under code 108, Trade Apprentices (Secretarial Assistant), candidates must specify their preferred training location either at Panipat or New Delhi in Google forms. Applications submitted for the same position in both locations will be summarily rejected.
