- Login to the respective NATS/NAPS Portal and apply for IOCL apprenticeship openings using the Establishment ID.
- Complete registration/application on the Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/.
- Use the same valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number for all registrations.
- Part-I registration: Fill basic details and create a password.
- Part-II registration: Upload scanned colour photograph (20-50 KB, JPG) and signature in black ink (10-30 KB, JPG). Furnish educational qualification and experience details.
- Take a printout of the filled-in online application for future reference.
Documents for Verification:
- Xth Standard/Matriculation certificate/mark sheet (for Date of Birth proof).
- Latest Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL, PwBD, EWS) in prescribed format. OBC-NCL certificate should not be more than 12 months old from 31.01.2026.
- Semester-wise/Year-wise mark sheets of ITI/HSC/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering.
- Final ITI/HSC/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering Certificate.
- Copy of first page of Bank passbook of Aadhaar seeded account, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, cancelled cheque leaf.
- Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate.
