Application Procedure
Scanned copy of the duly filled in application form affixing passport size photograph of the applicant on the space provided along with all supporting documents is required to be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
The filled in application along with self-certified copy of credentials in support of age, Qualification, Caste, Enrollment Proof, etc. by e-mail should reach us on or before
15/03/2026. Applications received after 15/03/2026 for any reasons will not be considered.

- Apply Online through these portals as per your category (Graduate / Technician / Trade).
- Download & Fill Application (Annexure-A) as given in the notification.
- Prepare Scanned Documents including:
- 10th Certificate (DOB proof)
- Mark sheets & final certificates
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificates (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card
- NATS/NAPS registration proof
- Submit by Email to the specified HR email with subject line: “APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES AGAINST NOTIFICATION NO. IREL/RED/HRM/Apprentices Engagement/2026-27/01”
- Ensure email with complete documents is sent on or before 15/03/2026.
