- Mode of Recruitment: Deputation basis only.
- Period of Deputation: Initial period of 3 years, extendable for another 2 years based on operational requirement, subject to mutual consent and prior approval of parent organization.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit as on closing date shall not exceed 58 years for posts up to E7 level and 59 years for E8 and E9 level posts.
- Pay & Allowances: On selection, candidates will draw Pay and allowances/perks of their parent organization as per DPE guidelines plus deputation allowance as per rules.
- Repatriation: A Deputationist may be repatriated to parent department at any time during deputation without assigning any reason. Deputationist may also seek pre-mature repatriation by giving at least 1 month advance notice.
- Statutory Contributions: The Company shall pay to the parent department all statutory contributions such as Provident Fund and Gratuity as applicable.
- Promotion: Deputationists shall not be eligible for appointment on promotion, nor shall they be subject to any probationary period.
- Absorption: Any absorption of Deputationists shall be undertaken only based on Cadre Rules, 2025.
- Number of Vacancies: May increase or decrease based on NHIDCL requirements.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi High Court jurisdiction, with the English version prevailing for interpretation.
