Other Important Information
- Contract Period: Maximum up to 3 years initially or till the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier. Extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.
- Training: Selected candidates will undergo On the Job Training (OJT) for one month.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must be medically fit and will be subject to a medical fitness test at the Company’s authorized medical hospital/centre.
- Accidental Group Insurance: Covered by suitable Accidental Group Insurance for accidents occurring out of or in the course of employment.
- Outpatient Expenses: Rs. 35,000/- per annum for self-treatment.
- HRA: HRA will be paid as applicable.
- TA/DA: Eligible for TA/DA as applicable during official tours.
- Leaves: 12 days Casual Leave and 20 days Medical Leave per calendar year. Un-availed Casual Leave cannot be carried forward; encashment not permitted.
- Notice Period: Engagement can be terminated by giving one month’s notice on either side.
- Travelling Allowance: Outstation candidates attending Supervisory Skill Assessment will be reimbursed TA of second A/C Two Tier Rail/Bus fare on production of tickets.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Jurisdiction: Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Hyderabad.
- OBC Certificate: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate should not be older than 06 months as on the last date of application.
- EWS Certificate: Income and Asset Certificate valid for the year 2026-27 is required.
- CGPA Conversion: Candidates with CGPA/letter grade must indicate equivalent percentage as per University/Institute norms in the online application form.
