- Paper II: 100 MCQ questions carrying 200 marks (2 hours duration) – based on the subject selected by the candidate, assessing subject knowledge.
- Total duration: 3 hours (180 minutes) without any break.
- Each question carries 2 marks. No negative marking for incorrect responses.
- The SET certificate is valid for Rajasthan state only and the validity of the certificate shall be forever.
