Post Code 805/26 – Senior Personal Assistant & Personal Assistant:
- Tier-I (MCQ): 90 MCQs, 90 Marks, 90 Minutes. Subjects: General English & Comprehension (50), General Knowledge (20), General Intelligence (20). Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS – 50%, OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/ESM – 45%. Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer.
- Tier-II (Descriptive Test – English): 75 Marks, 90 Minutes. Essay (30), Grammar (25), Translation (20). Qualifying candidates: max 10 times vacancies.
- Tier-III (Skill Test – English): Qualifying in nature. Senior PA: Shorthand @ 110 wpm (550 words/5 min, 40 min transcription, max 4% errors). Personal Assistant: Shorthand @ 100 wpm (500 words/5 min, 40 min transcription, max 4% errors). Typing @ 40 wpm for both.
- Tier-IV (Interview): 10 Marks. Conducted by Delhi District Courts. Final merit based on Tier-II + Tier-IV marks.

- Tier-I (MCQ): 120 MCQs, 120 Marks, 120 Minutes. Subjects: General English & Comprehension (60), General Knowledge (30), General Intelligence (30). Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS – 50%, OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/ESM – 45%.
- Tier-II (Descriptive Test – English): 100 Marks, 120 Minutes. Essay (50), Grammar (30), Translation (20).
- Tier-III (Skill Test): Typing @ 40 wpm on Computer. Qualifying in nature.

- Tier-I (MCQ): 100 MCQs, 100 Marks, 120 Minutes (160 min for PwD). Subjects: English (25), Hindi (25), General Knowledge (25), Arithmetic (25). Bilingual (English & Hindi). Max candidates for Tier-II: 15 times vacancies.
- Tier-II (Driving/Skill Test): Qualifying only. Conducted in real traffic conditions.
- Tier-III (Interview): 15 Marks. No minimum qualifying marks. Final merit based on Tier-I + Tier-III marks.

- Total Vacancies: 641 (tentative, including backlog) across District & Sessions Courts and Family Courts.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC – 3 years; PwBD+UR/EWS – 10 years; PwBD+SC/ST – 15 years; PwBD+OBC – 13 years; Ex-Servicemen – Military service period + 3 years (max up to 55 years). No age relaxation for Government Employees as per DDC Rules 2012.
- OBC Eligibility: Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by Govt. of NCT of Delhi are eligible for OBC reservation. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate must be issued on/after 01/04/2026 and not later than 04/11/2026.

- Draft Answer Keys will be displayed on DSSSB website after examination; online objections can be submitted within the stipulated time.
- Prohibited items in exam hall: Calculator, Laptop, Palmtop, Bluetooth devices, earbuds, camera, mobile/cell phone, pager, electronic watches, metallic items.
- Dress Code: Light clothes with half sleeves, Salwar/Trouser; Slippers/sandals with low heels (Shoes not allowed).
