- Admission to the exam is purely provisional; issuance of an admit card does not confirm final eligibility, which is verified later through document checks.

- Reservation benefits will only be given if claimed in the prescribed format in the online application; certificates in formats other than those prescribed in the notification’s appendices will generally not be accepted.

- Scribe/writer facility is available only for specified categories of PWD candidates (blindness, low vision, both-hand locomotor disability, cerebral palsy) subject to a written request submitted at least 15 days before the exam.
- Candidates involved in furnishing false information, impersonation, or malpractice will have their candidature cancelled and may be barred from JSSC examinations for the next 2 years, besides facing legal action.

- The Commission reserves the right to change the exam schedule and format due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Merit for JTET/other TET-qualified candidates under reserved categories will be counted only against reserved-category vacancies.
