- Candidates must ensure their name spelling and date of birth match their matriculation certificate exactly.
- Reservation benefits will only be given if claimed in the prescribed format in the online application; certificates in formats other than those prescribed in the notification’s appendices will generally not be accepted.

- Scribe/writer facility is available only for specified categories of PWD candidates (blindness, low vision, both-hand locomotor disability, cerebral palsy) subject to a written request submitted at least 15 days before the exam.
- Candidates involved in furnishing false information, impersonation, or malpractice will have their candidature cancelled and may be barred from JSSC examinations for the next 2 years, besides facing legal action.
