Selection Procedure

- Online Preliminary Examination (100 Marks): MCQ type, 100 questions, 120 minutes duration. Subjects: GK+GS including MP GK (20), Maths + Logical Reasoning (20), General Hindi (20), English Knowledge (20), Computer Knowledge (20). This is a screening test only; marks will not be counted in the final result. Candidates qualifying at a ratio of 1:5 per vacancy (category-wise) will be shortlisted for the Skill Test.
- Hindi Typing Skill Test (50 Marks): Typing of approximately 350 words in Hindi in 10 minutes on computer using Remington Gail keyboard layout. Evaluation based on CPCT standards (speed/accuracy); 0.50 marks deducted per missed word/error, 0.10 marks per blank space. Minimum qualifying marks: General/OBC – 55%, SC – 45%, ST/PwD – 40%, EWS – 49.5%.
- Final Merit List: Based on marks obtained in the Hindi Typing Skill Test (category-wise merit). In case of tie, older candidate gets preference.
- Document Verification: Selected candidates’ documents and background will be verified before final appointment.
- District Allotment: Through counseling based on category-wise merit and availability of vacancies in districts.

- Bond/Surety: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹2,00,000/- and commit to serve for a minimum of 3 years. Resignation before 3 years will result in forfeiture of the bond amount.
