- Nature of Engagement: Short-term contract basis (not regular). Initial period up to one year, extendable subject to performance review and RLDA project requirements.

- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination at their own cost before joining and submit a Medical Certificate.
- Police Verification: A police verification & clearance certificate shall be submitted before joining.

- Termination: One-month advance notice is required from either side for termination of contract.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
