- Only permanent and regular employees of the company can apply.
- Candidates who have successfully completed six months of training and one year of service are eligible.
- If the confidential report (ACR) for the financial year 2024-2025 is rated ‘Poor’, the application will be rejected.
- Mandatory attendance: 240 days (surface) and 190 days (underground) for the period April 2025 to March 2026 (including all sanctioned leaves).
- If educational qualification was obtained after the date of appointment, a permission order from the competent authority must be uploaded.

- Employees who did not join after being selected/posted in a departmental selection after 2024, or whose selection was cancelled on their own request, will not be eligible for this selection.
