Nature of Post: These are honorary service (Gaurava Seva) positions and are NOT permanent government posts.
Eligibility: Only women and transgender minority women are eligible to apply.
Locality Requirement: Candidates must be residents of the respective revenue village (rural) or revenue ward (urban) where the Anganwadi centre is located. Residence must be certified by Tahsildar/Sub-Tahsildar with 3-year residency confirmation along with supporting documents (Aadhaar, Ration Card, Voter ID).
