- Junior Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Posts: Computer Based Test (CBT) – Written Examination (100 marks, 85% weightage) followed by Interview (50 marks, 15% weightage). Candidates qualifying CBT will be called for Interview in ratio 1:3 (post:candidate) in order of merit per category.
- Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager / Additional General Manager / Consultant: No Written Test (CBT). Selection through various assessment parameters including Presentation, Experience, Expertise, Knowledge, and Interview at AVNL CO, Avadi.
- The Written Examination consists of ONE paper in CBT mode with 100 Objective Multiple Choice Questions (100 marks, 2 hours):
