- Probation Period: Selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of one year.
- Emoluments: Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East Allowance @ 10% of basic pay (if posted in North-East region), HRA, CMER, Medical Facility, Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS), Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), etc.
