- Contract Duration: Fixed-Term Contract for 3 years, extendable by 2 years on satisfactory job performance and requirement.
- Posting Location: Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh (Mohali/Chandigarh).
- Training & Certification: Selected candidates (Freshers) will be on probation and must undergo training and pass examinations for AVSEC, Screener, and DGR Certificates. Two attempts are permitted; first attempt cost borne by CHIAL, second attempt cost borne by the candidate.
- Service Bond: ILHBS Screener (Fresher) must furnish a bond of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), released only after successful completion of the fixed-term contract.
- Termination: If a Fresher fails to clear the required examinations even after two attempts, services may be terminated. The contract may also be terminated earlier at Management’s discretion.
- Notice Period: If the selected candidate wishes to terminate the contract, 90 days’ notice is mandatory or payment of 3 months’ salary in lieu of notice.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates shall bear the cost of Pre-Engagement Medical Examination(s).
- Police Verification: Candidates must furnish a Police Verification Certificate at the time of joining or a copy of Passport (not more than 5 years old).
- No TA/DA: No reimbursement towards TA/DA for selection process/joining.
- Application Fee Forfeiture: If application fee is submitted despite not meeting eligibility criteria, the fee shall not be refunded or adjusted.
- Canvassing: Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate shall be considered as disqualification.
