Selection Procedure

- Educational Qualification (65% marks): Marks calculated as average percentage across all years of graduation/post-graduation as per the post-wise table.
- Skill/Written Test – 20 Marks: A skill/computer-based/written test will be conducted as per the nature of the post. Candidates must score minimum 30% marks to qualify.
- Experience – 10/15 Marks: NHM Chhattisgarh working candidates: 3 marks per year (max 15 marks); Other candidates: 2 marks per year (max 10 marks). Only experience in related posts from government/semi-government/government-aided institutions is valid.
- Bonus Marks – 10 Marks: Temporary health workers who served in Chhattisgarh government health institutions during COVID-19 pandemic for at least 6 months in a year are eligible for 10 bonus marks.
- Screening/Merit List: Up to 10 vacancies: 10x candidates called; 11-50 vacancies: 5x candidates called; More than 50 vacancies: 3x candidates called.
- Final Merit (100 Marks): Educational Qualification Marks + Experience Marks + Skill Test Marks.
- Document Verification: Original documents will be verified before final selection.
- Tie-breaking: In case of equal marks/grades, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be given preference.

- Contract Period: Appointments are on contractual basis up to 31/03/2027 (as per ROP 2026-27). Contract may be extended based on satisfactory annual performance evaluation.
- Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Chhattisgarh. Domicile certificate from competent authority is mandatory.
