- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates must serve the company for a minimum of 60 months from the date of joining. A bond of ₹3 Lakhs + applicable GST is required at the time of joining. A deduction of ₹5,000/- per month from salary will be made towards bond money, refunded without interest after 60 months of service.
- Posting: Candidates may be posted anywhere in India in Subsidiary companies including Coalfield areas. Candidates must submit three posting preferences, but final posting is at CIL Management’s discretion.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo Initial Medical Examination (IME) by the company’s Medical Committee. The decision of the Medical Committee is final and binding.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Qualifications: All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/appropriate Indian Statutory Authorities and must be regular full-time courses.
- Government/PSU Employees: Must apply through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of DV & IME, or furnish a relieving order at the time of joining.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute regarding recruitment will be settled within the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
