- Walk-in Interview will be conducted at Conference Hall, ESIC Hospital, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner, Rajasthan on 20/08/2026.

Other Important Information
- Contractual Basis: All engagements are purely on contractual basis for the given period or till regular doctors join, whichever is earlier.
- Security Deposit: Selected candidates must submit Rs. 25,000/- as Demand Draft in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. 1’ payable at Bikaner. Amount is refundable after successful completion of contract. It will be forfeited if the candidate leaves before completing the minimum 1-year tenure.
- Professional Indemnity Policy: Selected Specialists must have a professional indemnity policy. Minimum sum assured: Rs. 30 lakh for Anaesthesiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Neuro Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons; Rs. 20 lakh for General Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Obstetricians; Rs. 10 lakh for Physicians, Dentists, Radiologists, Pathologists. Copy must be submitted within 7 days of engagement.
- No Regularization: Selected candidates cannot claim regularization of service or any service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, or Promotion.
- Private Practice: Private practice of any kind is not allowed.
- Notice Period: One month prior notice is required to resign. Medical Superintendent reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect without assigning any reason.
- Agreement: Selected candidates must sign an agreement on Rs. 500/- non-judicial stamp paper (to be purchased by the candidate) prior to joining.
- Leave Entitlement: Specialists: 2.5 earned leaves per month + Sunday off. Senior Residents (3-year): 2.5 leaves per month. Senior/Junior Residents (GDMO, 1-year): 1 earned leave per month + Sunday/weekly off. No advance leave; no encashment of accumulated leave.
- Working Hours: Senior/Junior Residents must work up to 48 hours/week including emergency and call duties on Sundays and Gazetted holidays.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance is admissible for the walk-in interview or for joining the post.
- No Hostel/Quarters: No hostel accommodation or quarters will be provided to Senior Residents on contract basis.
- Vacancy Changes: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice. The competent authority reserves the right to fill or not fill any post or cancel any vacancy/interview at any stage.
- Absence: Absence from work for 15 days without proper permission will be treated as voluntary abandonment of engagement.
