- Computer Based Online Written Competitive Examination (2 hours, MCQ only)
- Part-A (60% weightage): Corporate Accounting, Income Tax, Cost Accounting, Theory & Practice of Auditing, Management Accounting, Advanced Cost Accounting, Computer Application in Accounting, Taxation Law & Practice, Advanced Financial Accounting (Graduation level)
- Part-B (40% weightage): Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics (Class X), General Knowledge & Everyday Science, Hindi General (Class X), English General (Class X)
- Negative marking applicable for wrong answers.
- Minimum passing marks: UR – 30%; SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS/Ex-servicemen/PwBD – 20% (in each Part)
- No Interview.
For Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II:
- Phase-I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Stage-1: Pre-examination (Screening only, no weightage in final merit)
- Stage-2: Main-examination (40% weightage in final merit)

- Probationer Trainee Period: Selected candidates will be initially engaged as Probationer Trainee for 2 years at fixed remuneration before regularization.
- Common Recruitment: This is a common recruitment exercise for five Rajasthan Power Companies: RVUN, RVPN, JVVN, AVVN, and JdVVN.
- Company Preference: Candidates must give company preferences in the application form itself. Preferences are final and irrevocable.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is 43 years (as on 01.01.2027) due to no direct recruitment in previous 3 years. Additional relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS males; 5 years for UR females; 10 years for SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS females; 5 years for PwBD (in addition to category relaxation); Ex-servicemen: military service + 3 years (max 50 years); No upper age limit for widows, divorced women, and in-service Nigam candidates (same Nigam).
- Reservation: Applicable for SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS/TSP/Saharias/PWBD/Female/In-service/Ex-servicemen/Outstanding Sports Persons as per Rajasthan regulations. BC/MBC non-creamy layer certificate required within last 12 months.
