- Written Examination: Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or OMR-based Objective Type MCQ examination consisting of 1 paper (200 marks, 3 hours duration) covering: General Awareness & General Knowledge (35 marks), Gujarati Grammar (20 marks), English Language & Grammar (20 marks), General Mathematics, Reasoning & Data Interpretation (25 marks), and Job-related/Technical Knowledge (100 marks).
- Negative Marking: -0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Provisional Result & Merit List: After the exam, a Provisional Answer Key (PAK) will be published. After objections, a Final Answer Key (FAK) will be prepared. Provisional Merit List will be prepared category-wise.
- Document Verification: Candidates in the Provisional Merit List will be called for original certificate verification.
- District Allocation: After document verification, on-screen district allocation will be done for eligible candidates in merit order.
- Final Select List & Recommendation List: Published after district allocation. A Waiting List will also be prepared as per rules.
